Bukhari kiked out of Bukhara for his fatwa

Imam Bukhari, Author of the most authentic book of hadith for sunnis "Sahih Bukhari" was kicked out of his home city Bukhara because of a strange fatwa. Excuse my lose translation, from this point I will put in my own words (mr bukhari) to identify the person.

Lets read it together.

Even if two children suckle milk from the same animal, it does not count as suckling but counts as eating from the same plate, and Muhammad ibn Ismaeel the one who mentioned this news affirms that the suckling becomes haraam. so He (Imam Bukhari) entered the city of Bukhara around the same time as Shaikh Imam Abu Hafs may Allah have mercy on him; he started declaring fatwas; the shaikh advised him not to do so because he (mr bukhari) has not reached that stage yet. But (mr bukhari) he refused until the day he declared a fatwa on this subject "if two children drink milk of the same calf, the children become haraam to one another." So he (mr bukhari) when asked, affirmed that they are haraam to one another. The scholars gathered against him and kicked him out because of this Fatwa.

Seriously how funny is that laugh.gif , According to Bukhari logic, if a boy and a girl drink the milk of the same animal then they can no longer be married and are counted as blood relatives.
Welcome to the twilight zone that is the BAKRI Sect.

The Salafi god and the mosquito

sl.gif

Salafis believe that Allah (swt) can mount a mosquito and fly around on it.

Imam Darami the author of Sunan al-darami in his book 'Aqa'id al-salaf (creed of the salaf) page 443 writes:

"It has reached us that when the Angels lifted the throne while the almighty is on top of it in his might and glory, they were weak in lifting it, and they rested and bent onto their knees until they said (there is no might or power except with Allah) but they lifted it with His power and will, and if it wasn't for it (His power and will), it would not have been possible for the throne, or those that carry it or the skies or the earth or whoever is inside it. And if he so wished, he would have mounted on the back of a mosquito and she would have carried Him by His Divine Grace, so how about a great throne that is larger than the seven skies?

13 hypocrite unknown companions

we read in Sahih Muslim Vol.13 page 359 Hadith #4983 that there are 12 hypocrites among the companions of the messenger pbuh.gif
The messenger pbuh.gif said "there are 12 hypocrites among my companions..."

and if we open the sunni book, Maghazi al-waqidi to vol.1 page 1040 of the on-line version. It may be found at www.islamport.com
and page 1043-1044 of the print version. we read the following story:

when the messenger was on the road, some hypocrites conspired against him. They agreed in secret to throw him off Aqabah (the name of a difficult path to cross on a mountain). When the news reached the messenger pbuh.gif that they wanted to pass the Aqabah with him. He (the messenger) anounced publicly to the people asking them to cross the lower valies for it is easier for them and wider.

The people crossed the valey and he crossed the Aqabah, the messenger pbuh.gif ordered Ammar yassir to hold the reins of his camel and guide it and Hudhaifah from behind the camel. As the messenger pbuh.gif was crossing he herad that some people have cheated him and he became very angry and ordered Hudhaifah to turn them away. The conspirators thought the messenger pbuh.gif had known their plot so they quickly jumped off the Aqabah in a hurry until they mixed with the people.

When the messenger had exited the difficult path (Aqabah), he said to Hudhaifa, did you know any of the people you have turned away? he said Oh messenger of Allah, I know so and so (fulan wa fulan).....

When the morning came Asid bin Al-Hasir said: Oh messenger of Allah, what prevented you from crossing the valey yesterday, for it was easier then the Aqabah, the messenger said: Oh abu Yahya, do you know what the hypocrites wanted to do yesterday and what they were concerned with? they said we will follow him into the Aqabah, and when the night arrives to throw me off from my ride.

Asid said: Oh messenger of Allah. The people have gathered so order the tribe of each man to kill the one who desired that for you or if you desire by the one that sent you in truth. Tell me their names and I will return to you with their heads... verily these types of people should not be left alone oh messenger of Allah until when are we going to let them go on? today they are only but a few and islam is now strong why leave them?
The messenger pbuh.gif said to Usaid: I hate for people to say Muhammad was victorious against the unbelievers and then turned on his companions. Usaid said: these people are not companions!.
The messenger said: do they not outwardly testify "No Diety except Allah"?
Usaid said: yes and there is no testimony of faith for them.
The messenger pbuh.gif said: do they not outwardly testify I am the messenger of Allah?
Usaid said: yes and there is no testimony of faith for them.
The messenger pbuh.gif said: I have been forbidden from killing those people....
It is said the companions of Aqabah (the hypocrites who tried to kill the messenger at Aqabah) were 13 men, the messenger pbuh.gif had named them to Hudhaifah and to Ammar may Allah have mercy on their souls.

A companion can be a kaffir

From reading Surah Khaf Verse 35-37. The Quran uses the word companion / Sahib on a kafir. I.e. the companion of the believer was an unbeliever.

We read:

And he entered in his garden while wronging his soul. He said, 'I do not think that it will ever perish';
And I do not think that the Hour will ever come, and even if I am returned to my Lord, then I shall surely, get a better place of return than this garden.
His companion replied to him while arguing with him, 'do you disbelieve in Him Who created you from dust then from a purified drop of water, then made you a right man?'

Companions Killed Uthman

At least one person that was involved in the killing of Uthman was a companion. His name is Abdulrahman ibn Udais al-balawi. He was one of the companions who gave the allegiance under the tree.

The hadith below says ..”Abdulrahman bin Udais al-balawi came forward and he was one of those who gave his allegiance (to the prophet) under the tree…”

In another hadith, we read “..Ibn luhaiqa said Abdulrahman bin Udais al-balawi went with the people of Egypt to Uthman and they killed him….” “…I said: I heard that al-dhahabi said that Abdulrahman al-balawi is the fountainhead of Fitnah (civil unrest) and it is not permissible to relate any hadith from him.

A companion can be a donkey

There is a famous Arabic saying which says:
The donkey with the donky is a beast, but if left alone with him, he is a miserable companion.

Reporter interviews common sunni - part 2

reporter: So do you agree that Saddam made a mistake by gassing the kurds?
common Sunni: IT NEVER HAPPENED, WHO TOLD YOU THAT, YOU FILTHY RAT, YOU WANT TO START A CIVIL UNREST AMONG US???
reporter: but we read it in the report released by human rights watch under chap..
common sunni: THEY'RE KUFFAAAAR, NOT AUTHENTIC, WHO KNOWS THEY EVEN MADE MISTAKES, DO YOU THINK THEY ARE INFALLIBLE?? WE DON"T BELIEVE IN SUCH THINGS.

Parody - reporter interviews a sunni

reporter: So, how do you feel now that Saddam has been dethroned and executed.
Sunni Imam: Saddam died a muslim, he recited the shahada before being hanged by the infidel shias.

reporter: But he killed so many innocent people, gassed his own people and burried others in mass graves.
Sunni Imam: WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE HIM HUH?, SADDAM IS NOT INFALLIBLE. HE MADE A MISTAKE AND FOR HIM TO SIN IS NOTHING STRANGE!!!!!

Aisha's Terror

First: The example of Nuh and Lut (AS) wives was to demonstrate that marriage relations don't vaccinate a wife against deviating and going astray. We can ask the same question of why if the wives of Nuh and Lut (as) were evil women, they didn't divorce them and save the trouble? That is because Allah (swt) did not order them to divorce. Likewise Allah (swt) did not order the prophet pbuh.gif to divorce Aisha.

Second: According to the sunni understanding surah 33 al-ahzab was revealed before surah 66 by about 3-4 years
http://www.islamicity.com/mosque/quran/maududi/mau33.html
http://www.islamicity.com/mosque/quran/maududi/mau66.html

Third: Aisha, is not part of the members of the household, that is because the members of the household have had all abominations removed from them and are pure and spotless. Sin, plotting and conspiring against the prophet, disobeying Allah, torturing innocent muslims, and killing innocent souls, these are all abominations, even if we say it was done by mistake, it is a spot against them.
So, either the definition of being pure and spotless is wrong or Aisha was not a member of the household. These two are mutually exclusive and are not reconcilable.

Fourth: As for why the prophet pbuh did not divorce, I already answered it in my earlier comment about Ammar Yassir. Aisha was a test to try and test this Ummah to see whether we follow her or Allah. Just as Satan is a test and trial for mankind.

fifth: when the prophet pbuh confronted Aisha about her plot, she remarked "who told you?", this seems like a very rudimentary question coming from a person whom we are supposedly commanded to learn half of our religion from. It is obvious to anyone who believed in Muhammad's pbuh message from the first revelation Quran (96 : 1 )that he receives his revelation from the Angel Gabriel. If Aisha had believed in the prophet and the message she wouldn't ask this question. The question begs, what is it that prompted Aisha to ask him "who told you?" Was she not aware Allah reveals to him through Gabriel? or did she not believe in his prophethood altogether? or there may be another explanation I'd love to hear it.

Sixth: Read the history of Aisha's arrival at Basra and how she ordered the brutal massacre of the treasurers and the horrifying torture of Uthman ibn Huhaif the companion of the prophet and it becomes clear she is no pure and spotless person, and surly can not be chocked up to a mistake. Nobody orders torture and killing of innocents by mistake. Especially the mother of believers, the one whom we supposedly are to learn half of our religion from.

the historical records for your review below:

The army of Aisha approached Basra and surrounded the city, Uthman ibn Huhaif was Ali's (as) representative in Basra. When Aisha's army entered the city they ordered Uthman ibn Huhaif to revoke his allegiance to Ali and join their ranks. Uthman refused, so after a lot of going back and forth, they agreed to keep things as they are. Uthman ibn Hunaif to remain the ruler in Basra, and Aisha's army to remain as well until Ali ibn Abu talib (as) arrives and judges between them. This agreement didn't please Aisha at all and she indicated to Talha and Zubair that she will not accept Uthman Ibn Hunaif to remain in Basra, leading the prayers while he holds the keys to the treasury. Aisha advised them to remove Uthman ibn Hunaif from leading the prayer, kill the guards of the treasury, and to kill whomever assists them. In other words a coup d'état by Aishas authority. After Uthman ibn Hunaif was captured they brought him back to Aisha to decide his fate, she advised they kill him and then changed her mind to have him imprisoned instead.

AlKamil fil Tarikh by Ibn Athir vol.2 Page 309
as quoted from al-eman islamic library --> http://www.al-eman.com/islamlib/viewchp.as...4&CID=41#s1

"...When Uthman was captured, they sent him to Aisha seeking her council in his fate, Aisha remarked kill him!.
A woman said to Aisha, I beseech you by Allah in Uthman and his companionship to the messenger of Allah pbuh.gif. Aisha said to them: Imprison him, then Mujashi' ibn Mas'ood said to them, beat him, and pluck out his beard and eye lashes, they beat him with 40 lashes, and plucked out his beard, and his eye brows, and his eye lashes then they released him and placed abdulrahman ibn abu bakr assidiq as the head of treasury"
QUOTE

What a horrific and terrible thing Aisha permitted to happen to the companion of the prophet Uthman ibn Hunaif (ra), the first case of torture in Islam was legislated by Aisha bint Abu Bakr.

Muruj aldhahab Vol.2 page 358
"..The betrayal of Uthman ibn Huhaif was the first of its kind in Islam, and the killing of the treasury guards was the first from among the muslims to be struck down, they were 120 men.."

"wifayatul a'yaan" vol.3 page 18 we read the following
"...They captured Uthman bin hunaif, Ali's representative in basra and prepared to kill him, he beseeched them by Allah, and reminded them of his companionship to the prophet pbuh, someone instructed to whip him instead, they whiped him, plucked out his beard, the hair on his head even his eyebrows and eye lashes. Afterwards they imprisoned him and killed 50 men who managed the Muslim treasury"

Tarikh Tabari vol.5 page 186
"... then they kicked out Uthman Ibn Hunaif, when he caught up with Ali he said crying: I left you as an old man and I return to you hairless, Ali said: To Allah alone do we belong and to him we return repeating it three times"

What can we say in her defense after reading this?

Origins of Terror - Is this sword straight or crooked?

The first ones to judge Khalid's actions unfavorably are not the shia, it was the prophet pbuh along with the companions.

But the most damning evidence against Khalid ibn Waleed is his own testimony. This hadith is authenticated by Al-Hakim and is Sahih.

We encountered and killed a people, among them were a Muslim family. Ammar said to me 'these are people who testified to Allah's oneness', but I didn't pay attention to him and did with them as the others (killed them) and Ammar persisted in promising me that he will inform the messenger about what I did.
- Source: Al-mustadra Vol.13 Page 133 chapter "remembering Ammar's merits" on-line version --> al-meshkat salafi library

From Khalid's own words he killed a Muslim family and did not care or pay attention to Ammar when he advised him that these people he just killed are Muslim.
Farsee and Hashim if this was indeed a mistake as you claim then why wasn't Khalid remorseful? why didn't he show regret? why didn't he explain to Ammar it was a mistake?

Yet khalid tells us but I didn't pay attention to him You can dress it up as much as you like but this is no mistake.

In the same hadith by Hakim he tells us that after this event the prophet pbuh was angered with khalid and did not treat him well ever again

Furthermore, the prophet pbuh did not consider khalid a companion. please review the following hadith.
"...There was bad blood between khalid ibn waleed and Abdulrahman bin Auf where Abdulrahman said to khalid (you have taken the custom of Ignorance) Khalid answered him: (no, I took revenge for your father) Abdulrahman says: (you lied, I killed with my own hands the killer of my father, but you took revenge for your uncle al-fakih ibn Mughira), when this news approached the messenger pbuh, he said to khalid: (Oh Khalid, leave alone my companions, by Allah if you were to give mount Uhud's size of Gold in charity in Allhas way you would not achieve what any of companions achieve in a single morning..."

Proving Omar was a wrong doer

The Muslim jurists of all the schools of thought have unanimously agreed that frightening, alarming or intimidating the Muslim is forbidden (haraam), even if frightening the Muslim is meant in a joking manner. It is still forbidden. The ahadith and rulings of sunni and salafi jurists on this issue are many, below are just a few.

Hadith #1:

The prophet ( pbuh.gif &hf) has said "it is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim"

Source: sunan abu dawood, hadith #4351.

Similarly, the salafi shaykh Muhammad bin abdul wahab in his book "Arabic: Al-kabari; translated: the great sins" Page 171 (ebook) quotes the same hadith in a chapter called scaring the Muslim and verified the hadith to be authentic (sahih).

The shaykh says:

"It is not permissible for a Muslim to terrify or scare his brother Muslim, even if he is joking by pointing at him with a weapon or a metal object…"

Hadith #2:

Narrated by al-tabarani and al-muttaqi al-hindi in his Kanzul Umal, the prophet pbuh.gif is reported to have said "Do not frighten the Muslim, for frightening the Muslim is a great transgression".

Source: kanzul Umal Vol.16 page 11

The sunni scholar Ibn Hajar al-haythamy wrote a book about the great sins and listed the sin of terrifying the Muslim at number 318 and 319. That is to say, whoever frightens or scares a Muslim becomes a transgressor, and his transgression is no ordinary one but rather it is a great transgression.

This view is widely held by the salfis themselves as Dr. Muhammad Ali Ibrahim of Saudi Arabia points out. This taken from the Salafi headquarters www.al-islam.com; a website that is funded and ran by Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Da'wah and Guidance

Dr. Ibrahim writes:

"The Islamic law on violence and terrorism is very clear; it is not permissible intellectually or in Islamic law to terrorize the peaceful population and to frighten them, and to lay siege on them making the highways unsafe, or threatening them as such. Whether they be Muslims or non-Muslims…even if frightening them is meant as a joke because the prophet has said "Do not frighten the Muslim, for frightening the Muslim is a great transgression"

Hadith #3:

Abu Huraira reported the prophet ( pbuh.gif ) said: "He who pointed a weapon towards his brother the angels invoke curse upon him even if he is his real brother…"

Source: Sahih Muslim http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/fundamentals/h...t.html#032.6336

Hadith #4:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr, the prophet ( pbuh.gif ) has said "whoever looks towards his brother in a manner that frightens him without just cause, Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment will frighten him in return"Source: Majma' al-zawaid Vol.3 page 103, Alzawajir fi iqtiraf al-kabair Vol.2 Page 472

The above mentioned Ahadeeth were introductions to the main topic and no two Muslims will disagree on the fact that whoever frightens a Muslim has performed a forbidden act and committed a great sin and the angels curse him and Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment will frighten him i.e. He will punish him.

Now we will take this argument to its final conclusion. All of the Islamic historians are unanimously in agreement that after the prophet pbuh.gif died, Ali (as), Fatima (as) and their shia have refused to pay allegiance to abu bakr, and that this opposition group to the illegitimate government of abu bakr had gathered in Fatima's (as) house. And that this government had attempted to extract the allegiance of Ali (as) and his followers by use of force and coercion. Umar ibn al-kattab surrounded the house of Fatima (as) with a contingent of armed men, carrying torches. He frightened, terrorized and intimidated Fatimah (as) and whoever was in the house.

Ibn Qutaybah in his Al-imamah wal-siyasa Pages 12-13 writes:

"Umar called out; By Him whom Umar's life is in his hand, either you come out or I will burn the house with everyone inside, it was said to him 'O father of Hafsa but Fatimah is in the house' Umar answered 'so what?' The people in the house came out and paid allegiance except for Ali. Umar and a few people with him then knocked on the door, when Fatimah heard their voice she screamed in her loudest voice 'O father, O messenger of Allah, what a terrible treatment we received after you from Ibn Khattab and Ibn Abu Quhafa…""…. والذي نفس عمر بيده، لتخرجُنَّ أو لأحرقنَّها على من فيها. فقيل له: يا أبا حفص، إن فيها فاطمة! فقال: وإن""يا رسول الله، ماذا لقينا بعدك من ابن الخطاب وابن أبي قحافة؟…"

Another narration found in Tarikh Tabari Vol.2 Page 443. Umar is reported to have said

"By Allah, I will burn the house upon you or you come out and give your allegiance…" "والله لاحرقن عليكم أو لتخرجن إلى البيعة"

Ibn Abi Shaiba in his Musnaf records an authentic hadith about the event. All of the narrators of this hadith are trustworthy "thuqat" as per the sunni system of authenticating hadith and narrators. None of them tell a lie.

Ibn Abi Shaiba writes in his musnaf Vol.8 page 572 Hadith #4:

Muhammad bin Bishr, Ubaid Allah bin Umar, that Zaid ibn Aslam on the authority of his father reports:
When the alegiance was given to Abu Bakr after the prophet pbuh.gif had passed away, Ali and Zubair used to enter the house of Fatimah (as) and consult with her in their matters. When this news reached Umar bin al-khattab he reached Fatima (as) at once and said " O daughter of the prophet nobody from amongst the people is more beloved to me than your father and nobody is more beloved to me than you after your father and I swear by Allah, this love will not prevent me; if these people gather at your house again I will order the house be burnt upon them.

All of the sunni narrators and historians unanimously agree that Umar threatened Fatima (as). Not a single one of these scholars deny it, what they deny however is what happened after the threat. We the shia say that in addition to Umar's threats he also burnt the door down. The sunnis deny this because the hadiths pointing to umar having burnt the house down is not authentic, therefore they don't accept it. However, this is no longer our concern. It is enough for us that Umar approached Fatima's house and threatened her, frightened her and alarmed her. This action on behalf of Umar is enough according to the 4 hadiths we mentioned earlier for believers to curse Umar, to distance themselves from Umar, and to consider him a brazen transgressing disbeliever and that he will eternally burn in the fire of hell.

By the sunni and salafi admission. The prophet had said

In hadith #1:

it is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim Therefore Umar committed a forbidden action.

In hadith #2:

Do not frighten the Muslim, for frightening the Muslim is a great transgression
Therefore Umar had committed a great transgression, in other words Umar is a great transgressor.

In Hadith #3:

He who pointed a weapon towards his brother the angels invoke curse upon him
And Umar came out in front of her house waiving torches "either you come out or I will..." Therefore the Angels curse Umar.

In Hadith #4:

Whoever looks towards his brother in a manner that frightens him without just cause, Allah (swt) on the Day of Judgment will frighten him in return
Therefore Umar on the Day of Judgment will be of the fearful, frightened and alarmed ones and will be cast eternally in to the hellfire.

Allah commands:
"And incline not towards those who do wrong lest the fire touches you". Quran (11 : 11 )

It is very clear based on the ahadeeth, foundations and creed relied upon by the salaf that these characteristics exist in Umar, that he is an oppressor, that he is a great transgressor, and that the angels of Allah curse him and he is one of the fearful frightened ones on the Day of Judgment and it is obligatory on every believer to distance himself or herself from him.

Had Fatima(as) been any ordinary muslim lady, this would have been sufficient in establishing Umar's mistake and crime. How much greater is his mistake and crime when Fatima (as) is the daughter of the Messenger pbuh.gif and a part of him, whom the prophet pbuh.gif described her as being his spirit. Not to mention she is the leading woman of both worlds, and the leading woman of paradise. Without a doubt, the criminality of Umar's transgression against Fatima is multiplied tens upon tenfolds the criminality of transgressing against any ordinary muslim woman.

At this point there are only two options for the general muslim population. Either they deny all of these ahadeeth and everything which has been narrated from their books in which case people like the Saudi Dr. Ibrahim and his like really shouldn't preach against terrorizing the peaceful population because they would have denied all of the hadiths which prohibit such actions, therefore they have no basis for which to prohibit people from terrorizing one another.

The other alternative is to acknowledge these hadiths and to apply them onto Umar and to distance themselves from him. To consider him an oppressor, a transgressor and a cursed one because the angels of Allah curse him.

Hanbalis believe anyone other than themselves is not a muslim

Its literally translated as:
Every person that is not a hanbali is not a muslim

Those are the words of Abu hatim the salafi imam as quoted by imam Dhahab in Tadhkirat al-hufaz, in Vol.3 page 1187

This is a topic in reply to all those Salafies/Wahabies and their scholars who made takfeer on Shia just because they hold a negative view on some of the sahabas. And among them is Ibn Katheer and Ibn Hajar, author of Sawaiq al-Muhriqa ....

Ibn Katheer under the commentary of verse 48;29

[48:29] "Muhammad - the messenger of GOD - and those with him are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek GOD's blessings and approval. Their marks are on their faces, because of prostrating. This is the same example as in the Torah. Their example in the Gospel is like plants that grow taller and stronger, and please the farmers. He thus enrages the disbelievers. GOD promises THOSE AMONG THEM who believe, and lead a righteous life, forgiveness and a great recompense."

he says

And because of this verse Imam Malik in accordance to a narration declared that the Rawafid that hate the sahabah are kafirs. He said (they are kafirs )because they hate the sahbaha and whoever hates the sahaba is a kaffir according to this verse.

MY OWN COMMENT:

If this is true, how come Yazeed and the Nasibi (literally) narrators in Sunni books of hadith, including Sahih al-Bukhari, are NOT kaffirs?

That question is exclusively for Salafis.

So, let the author continue:

People like this don't realize that the Shia are the only ones who have a logical view of sahaba. Now lets analyze the verse:

firstly these people like to take a verse literally and then mix some of their interpretations and end up with one that contradicts the quruan

the verse begins like this

Muhammad - the messenger of GOD - and those with him

without thinking they get all excited and start dancing with joy as if they have won the world cup just because the verse says and those with him they think it means all the companions. The problem is they think if you are physically with the prophet (pbuh) you are a loyal companion, but no because this interpretation causes contradiction to other verses. Allah is referring to those companions who are always with him in carrying out the message of Allah , those who never question the prophet (pbuh) always on his side NEVER ACCUSE THE PROPHET (pbuh) OF BEING DELIRIOUS , hence Allah said in the beginning of the verse Muhammad - the messenger of GOD to highlight that if wanna know those who are loyal companions and are always with the prophet (pbuh) when he intends to spread his message see if they hold these characteristics :

are harsh and stern against the disbelievers, but kind and compassionate amongst themselves. You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek GOD's blessings and approval. Their marks are on their faces, because of prostrating

DO ALL THE COMPANIONS HAVE THESE NOOOO WAY

lets analyze these descriptions one by one

harsh and stern against the disbelievers

The meaning of this verse is clear to be a loyal companion you must be always firm against the disbelievers and ALWAYS BE THERE PROTECTING THE PROPHET (pbuh) WHEN THEY COME TO ATTACK HIM..

WHERE ALL THE COMPANIONS HARSH AND FIRM AGAINST THE DISBELIEVERS ??? NO WAY

Allah says in verse 9:25

[9:25] Certainly Allah helped you in many battlefields and on the day of Hunain, when your great numbers made you vain, but they availed you nothing and the earth became strait to you notwithstanding its spaciousness, then you turned back retreating.

no need to comment , the companions runway from battles twice during ahud and hunain and left the prophet (pbuh) to DIE and among them being is second sunni caliph UMAR IBN ALKHATTAB ....

"The Muslims took to flight. I was also among them. Suddenly I saw Umar ibn Khattab among those who were running away. I asked him: 'What has happened?' He said: 'It is the will of Allah.'"

Sahih Bukhari Vol. 3, p. 45.

so umar is not a loyal companion .... And the verse 48;29 does not refer to companions only the loyal ones ..

but kind and compassionate amongst themselves

okay this one is a bit funny because we all know the some companions killed the hell out of each other here are some..

ONE OF MY FAVORITES

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 164:
Narrated Abu Ad-Darda:

There was a dispute between Abu Bakr and 'Umar, and Abu Bakr made Umar angry. So 'Umar left angrily. Abu Bakr followed him, requesting him to ask forgiveness (of Allah) for him, but 'Umar refused to do so and closed his door in Abu Bakr's face. So Abu Bakr went to Allah's Apostle while we were with him. Allah's Apostle said, "This friend of yours must have quarrelled (with somebody)." In the meantime 'Umar repented and felt sorry for what he had done, so he came, greeted (those who were present) and sat with the Prophet and related the story to him. Allah's Apostle became angry and Abu Bakr started saying, "O Allah's Apostle! By Allah, I was more at fault (than Umar)." Allah's Apostle said, "Are you (people) leaving for me my companion? (Abu Bakr), Are you (people) leaving for me my companion? When I said, 'O people I am sent to you all as the Apostle of Allah,' you said, 'You tell a lie.' while Abu Bakr said, 'You have spoken the truth ."

THIS IS HOW WE HAVE TO BE COMPASSIONATE SLAM THE DOOR IN OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS FACES...

okay excuse me on that its just funny , however here some companions who assisted on the killing of uthman

we read in tabaqat alkubra volume 6 for ibn sa'ad when commenting on the companion Amru ibn alhamk

we read in alisti'aab fi tameez alsahabah when commenting on abd arahman ibn udais albalawi

http://www.al-eman.com/Islamlib/viewchp.as...=170&CID=31

abd arahman ibn udais albalawi participated in hudaybiya

"abd arahman ibn udais albalawi was among those who pledged alliance to the prophet (pbuh) under the tree and abu umar said he was the commander of the army that came from Egypt to madinah and besieged uthman and killed him "
also in alkamel fi altareekh volume 2

abd arahman ibn udais albalawi the commander of those who instigated from Egypt to kill uthman and was among those who pledged alliance to the prophet (pbuh) under the tree

there is more see tabat alkubra for this guy

How can we regard all the companions merciful when they killed each other and fought each other in battles just like how mauyiwa la did , mauwiya was willing to kill imam ali (pbuh) just to be a khalifah in the battle of siffeen and don't forget ammar bin yasir ra.gif died in the battle by the army of mauwiya and the prophet (pbuh) said

Volume 1, Book 8, Number 438:
Narrated 'Ikrima:

Ibn 'Abbas said to me and to his son 'Ali, "Go to Abu Sa'id and listen to what he narrates." So we went and found him in a garden looking after it. He picked up his Rida', wore it and sat down and started narrating till the topic of the construction of the mosque reached. He said, "We were carrying one adobe at a time while 'Ammar was carrying two. The Prophet saw him and started removing the dust from his body and said, "May Allah be Merciful to 'Ammar. The rebellious group will murder him. He will be inviting them (i.e. his murderers, the rebellious group) to Paradise and they will invite him to Hell-fire." 'Ammar said, "I seek refuge with Allah from affliction."

INVITING SOMEONE TO THE HELL FIRE AND KILLING HIM IS NOT MERCIFUL ITS TOTAL HATRED ...

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 370:
Narrated Abdullah bin Az-Zubair:

A group of Bani Tamim came to the Prophet (and requested him to appoint a governor for them). Abu Bakr said, "Appoint Al-Qaqa bin Mabad." Umar said, "Appoint Al-Aqra' bin Habeas." On that Abu Bakr said (to 'Umar). "You did not want but to oppose me!" 'Umar replied "I did not intend to oppose you!" So both of them argued till their voices grew loud. So the following Verse was revealed:

'O you who believe! Raise not your voices above the voice of the Prophet.' (49.2)

umar and abu bakr are not loyal companions, oppose each other and then raise voices over the prophet's (pbuh) voice where is the love and the mercy ???????

THERE IS MORE AND MORE BUT THIS IS ENOUGH

You see them bowing and prostrating, as they seek GOD's blessings and approval

now this , i will qoute a verse from the quruan saying the companions left the prophet (pbuh) praying and run to their desires

[62:11] And when they see merchandise or sport they break up for It, and leave you standing. Say: What is with Allah is better than sport and (better) than merchandise, and Allah is the best of Sustainers.

Volume 6, Book 60, Number 422:
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah:

A caravan of merchandise arrived at Medina on a Friday while we were with the Prophet All the people left (the Prophet and headed for the caravan) except twelve persons. Then Allah revealed:--

'But when they see some bargain or some amusement they disperse headlong to it.' ..(62.11)

what is wrong with some of the companions they couldn't even get the prayers right , sunnis claim this verse refers to all companions so WHY ARE ALL THESE COMPANIONS NOT PRAYING AND LEAVING THE PROPHET (pbuh) PRAYING WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE WERE THEY ONLY 12 WAS WERE LEFT ..These are suppose to be stars and should be an example for us what kind of an example can i take from people who leave the prophet (pbuh) praying and chase their worldly desires ???????

And now i ask ibn katheer, imam malik, ibn hajar and all the sunnis , if shia are kafers for holding a negative view on some of the sahaba what is your opinion on the prophet of islam (pbuh) when he says there is 12 hypocrites among my companions

sahih muslim

Book 038, Number 6688:

Qais reported: I said to 'Ammar: What is your opinion about that which you have done in case (of your siding with Hadrat 'Ali)? Is it your personal opinion or something you got from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him)? 'Ammar said: We have got nothing from Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) which people at large did not get, but Hudhaifa told me that Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) had especially told him amongst his Companion, that there would be twelve hypocrites out of whom eight would not get into Paradise, until a camel would be able to pass through the needle hole. The ulcer would be itself sufficient (to kill) eight. So far as four are concerned, I do not remember what Shu'ba said about them.

And what is their opinion on Allah swt

[9:101] "Among the Aarabs around you, there are hypocrites. Also, among the city dwellers, there are those who are accustomed to hypocrisy. You do not know them, but we know them. We will double the retribution for them, then they end up committed to a terrible retribution."

what happened to these companions when the prophet (pbuh) died

[3:144] "Muhammad was no more than a messenger like the messengers before him. Should he die or get killed, would you turn back on your heels? Anyone who turns back on his heels, does not hurt GOD in the least. GOD rewards those who are appreciative."

what will happen to these companions on the day of judgment

Sahih al-Bukhari:

Hadith: 8.578
Narrated 'Abdullah:
The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount". 'Abdullah added: The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor at the Lake-Fount, and some of you will be brought in front of me till I will see them and then they will be taken away from me and I will say, 'O Lord, my companions!' It will be said, 'You do not know what they did after you had left.'

Hadith: 8.584 and Sahih Muslim, part 15, pp 53-54
Narrated Anas:
The Prophet said, "Some of my companions will come to me at my Lake Fount, and after I recognise them, they will then be taken away from me, whereupon I will say, 'My companions!' Then it will be said, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you."

Hadith: 8.585
Narrated Abu Hazim from Sahl bin Sa'd:
The Prophet said, "I am your predecessor (forerunner) at the Lake-Fount, and whoever will pass by there, he will drink from it and whoever will drink from it, he will never be thirsty. There will come to me some people whom I will recognise, and they will recognise me, but a barrier will be placed between me and them." Abu Hazim added: Nu'man bin Abi 'Aiyash, on hearing me, said. "Did you hear this from Sahl?" I said, "Yes." He said, " I bear witness that I heard Abu Said al-Khudri saying the same, adding that the Prophet said: 'I will say: They are my companions. Then it will be said to me, 'You do not know what they innovated (new things) in the religion after you left'. I will say, 'Far removed, far removed (from mercy), those who changed after me." Abu Huraira narrated that the Prophet said, "On the Day of Resurrection a group of companions will come to me, but will be driven away from the Lake-Fount, and I will say, 'O Lord (those are) my companions!' It will be said, 'You have no knowledge as to what they innovated after you left; they turned apostate as renegades (reverted from the true Islam)"

Hadith: 8.587
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "While I was sleeping, a group (of my followers were brought close to me), and when I recognised them, a man (an angel) came out from amongst (us) me and them, he said (to them), 'Come along.' I asked, 'Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah' I asked, 'what is wrong with them?' He said, 'They turned APOSTATE as renegades after you left.' Then behold! (Another) group (of my followers) were brought close to me, and when I recognised them, a man (an angel) came out from (me and them) he said (to them); Come along. 'I asked, "Where?' He said, 'To the (Hell) Fire, by Allah.' I asked, 'What is wrong with them?' He said, 'They turned APOSTATE as renegades after you left. So I did not see anyone of them escaping except a few who were like camels without a shepherd."

The running god?

Salafis believe their god runs around on top of his throne.

I thought I would add that Ibn Baaz also believed that God sprints on top of his throne, Here is a fatwa of ibn Bazz. from his collection of fatwas:

Q: Is running an attribute of Allah?
A: yes, as it has been shown in the holy divine hadith....."and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running. narrated bukhari and muslim.

Source: Ibn Baaz, the everlasting garden for scientific research and legal opinions Vol.3 Page 196.

The hadith is reprocduced below and although most sunnis understand this to be a figurative meaning. Ibn Bazz and the salaf in general believe this is a literal, physical attribute of God.

Sahih Bukhari
Volume 9, Book 93, Number 627: Narrated Anas:

The Prophet said, "My Lord says, 'If My slave comes nearer to me for a span, I go nearer to him for a cubit; and if he comes nearer to Me for a cubit, I go nearer to him for the span of outstretched arms; and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.' "

The heading of the subject where this fatwa was isued is called "Sifat al-harwala" , the attribute (Sifa) of running.

Were abu bakr and umar cowards?

sl.gif,

We read in the history books that during the battle of Badr, Imam Ali (as) killed many unbelievers, maybe around 1/3 of them all by himself. He also killed many of the bravest and fiercest opponents of the unbelievers.

I'm curious to know, how many unbelievers did Abu bakr, Umar, and uthman kill durring the many battles of early islam.

If there is any record of their bravery can someone please post.

Examination into Ammar and Khalid

Note: This is a draft article not yet complete, in the future I'll clean it up a bit and consolidate both parts.

People who uphold the human qualities of concience, justice, equality, and fairness and human rights do not respect or look up to cold blooded killers, opressors, barbarians, and dictators. So what can be said about a person that looks up to and respects some of the worst human rights abusers of this century like Hitler, pal pot, Kim Jong-Il just to name a few. Such a person does not posess any capacity for humanism.

If we ask the sunni muslims today to give their opinion of the personality called "Khalid bin Waleed" Everyone would unanimously express their approval, respect and exhuberance over him. He is a hero and one of the companions and a leading example for muslims.

I wonder if those who love this man have taken the time to read his biography and history.

First Hadith:
Bukhari :: Book 5 :: Volume 59 :: Hadith 628 & Bukhari :: Book 9 :: Volume 89 :: Hadith 299
Military Expeditions led by the Prophet ( pbuh.gif ) (Al-Maghaazi)
Narrated Salim's father:

The Prophet sent Khalid bin Al-Walid to the tribe of Jadhima and Khalid invited them to Islam but they could not express themselves by saying, "Aslamna (i.e. we have embraced Islam)," but they started saying "Saba'na! Saba'na (i.e. we have come out of one religion to another)." Khalid kept on killing (some of) them and taking (some of) them as captives and gave every one of us his Captive. When there came the day then Khalid ordered that each man (i.e. Muslim soldier) should kill his captive, I said, "By Allah, I will not kill my captive, and none of my companions will kill his captive." When we reached the Prophet, we mentioned to him the whole story. On that, the Prophet raised both his hands and said twice, "O Allah! I am free from what Khalid has done."

observation
-----------
The hadith above raises a lot of questions about the personality of Khalid ibn Waleed

1. Bani Jadhima are an arab tribe from yemen, hence arabic is their native language. What prevented them from expressing themselves by saying we have embraced islam?, notice the hadith also says "when there came the day then khalid ordered that each man should kill his captive" this means bani Jadhima had the entire night to convince Khalid and his army that they are muslims and he is mistaken. What prevented them from expressing they are muslim?

2. from the intro to this hadith, Bukhari is giving us the impression that bani Jadhima are not muslim, because we read "khalid invited them to Islam" he must have thought they were not muslim to begin with to invite them to islam, having known they are not muslim to begin with, why does khalid kill them for saying "we have come out of one religion to another"? doesn't that emply they came out of shirk into islam?

3. Allah tells us in the Quran "Those who listen to the word, then follow the best of it; those are they whom Allah has guided, and those it is who are the men of understanding." Quran 39:18
When Khalid hears them say "we have changed.." is he not obliged to ask them what religion they changed from/to?

4. If we are to kill those who do not accept islam then what is the meaning of "there is no compulsion in religion"? and what prevented Khalid from learning and understanding this holy verse?

Seeing that the bukhari hadith leaves a lot of unanswered questions, we resort to the history books to shed some light on this event.

Second Hadith:

Tabaqatul Kubra by Ibn Sa'ad Vol.2 Page 147
"When Khalid had returned from destroying the 'Uzzat (idol), The prophet pbuh.gif sent him to Bani Judhaima calling them towards islam and did not send him to fight, Khalid left Makka with 350 men made up of Muhajireen (imigrants), Ansar (helpers), and the tribe of bani salim. When khalid reached his destination he asked (the bani Judhaima) what are you?
They answered 'we are muslims, we believed in Muhammad pbuh.gif and we built the mosques in our yards and called made the azaan (call to prayer) in them' Khalid asked 'then why are you armed with weapons?' they answered 'There's enmity between us and one of the arab tribes, and we were afraid you were them so we armed ourselves' khalid said 'Put down your weapons and surrender yourselves' they surrendered themselves and khalid gave a prisoner to every one of his army men. When day break approached, khalid called out 'whoever has a prisoner with him let him get bready and kill his prisoner'. Bani Salim killed the prisoners they had but the ansaar and muhajireen (helpers and imigrants) refused and set free their prisoners. When the news reached the prophet pbuh.gif , he lifted his hands up to the sky and said 'O Allah! I am free from what Khalid has done.'"

Observation
-----------
This version of the hadith varies quiet a bit from the version is bukhari and while offering a bit more detail it raises some more questions:

1. Why did Khalid embark on this masacare against the bani Judhaima? They are muslims, they believed in the prophethood of muhammad pbuh.gif they built the mosques in their yards, they called to prayer and even put down their weapons. Even the unbelievers are safe if they refrain from fighting the muslims so why does khalid masacare these muslims? whats the big secret here?

Third Hadith:

Kanzul Ummal Vol.13 page 222 Hadith #36674
Narrated sl.gif a bin al-akwa':
"When khalid bin walid returned to the prophet pbuh.gif after what he did with the bani Judhaima, he was critized by Abdulrahman ibn Auf; he said 'Oh Khalid, you took upon yourself the tradition of Jahiliyah (customs practiced in the era of ignorance before islam) and you killed them out of revenge for your uncle al-fakih, may Allah fight you' Umar ibn al-khattab also assisted Abdulrahman in this matter.
Khalid: 'I only killed them for killing your father'
Abdulrahman: 'you lie, by Allah I killed the killer of my father with my own hands, and Uthman ibn Affan is my whitness' He turned to Uthman and said 'I ask you by Allah, do you know that I killed the killer of my father'
Uthman: 'By Allah yes'
Abdulrahman said Woe to you oh Khalid, even if I didn't kill my father's killer, do you then kill muslims for what they did to my father in the era of ignorance?'
Khalid:'And who informed you they were muslims?'
Abdulrahman: 'everyone from your contingent are explaining that you found they built mosques and testified their islam and you lifted the sword upon them.
Khalid: 'An order from the prophet pbuh.gif has reached me that I should kill them so I followed his order'
Abdulrahman: 'you lie against the messenger of Allah'. Abdulrahman turned against Khalid, and the messenger of Allah pbuh.gif turned away from khalid and became angered with him"

Observation
-----------
1. Finally the big secret has been exposed, we now know that Khalid killed the bani Judhaima in revenge for killing his uncle al-fakih before islam. The prophet pbuh.gif forbade them from taking revenge for events that happened during the era of ignorance, Yet khalid Ignores this directive and does what he wills.

2. Khalid lied when abdulrahman confronted him by claiming that He killed them for abdulrahman's father

3. Khalid lied against the prophet by claiming the prophet ordered he attack them

4. The messenger of Allah pbuh.gif is angrey with Khalid, the messenger's anger means Allah (swt) is also angry.

5. Allah (swt) tells us in the Quran not to befriend a people whome Allah is angy with (Quran 60:13)

Fourth Hadith:

--------------
Al-mustadrak :: remembering the merits of Ammar bin Yair (ra) Vol.13 page 133 (online version)
Narrated al-ashtar:
"I heard khalid bn al-walid say; The messenger of Allah pbuh.gif sent me with a contingent and Ammar bin Yasir was with me. We encountered and killed a people, among them were a muslim family. Ammar said to me 'these are people who testified to Allah's oneness', but I didn't pay attention to him and did with them as the others (killed them) and Ammar persisted in promising me that he will inform the messenger about what I did

Permissability of Critisizing Aisha - Part 2

Being "mothers of the believers" doesn't immunize the wives from deviating. Even in the case of ones own birth mother, if she deviated away from the path and started transgressing and doing wrong. Islam requires us to unconditionally distance ourselves from them.Quran (11 : 113 )

But when it comes to the wives of the prophet and their being mothers of the believers, this is not motherhood in the truest sense of the word because some aspects of motherhood apply to them while others don't. For example, I can not marry my birth mother's daughters, but the believers can marry the prophet's wives offspring. My birth mother doesn't have to wear hijab in front of me as she is my mahram, but the prophets pbuh wives are required to wear hijab in the presence of the believers. I can inherit from my birth mother but the believers do not inherit from the wives of the prophet.

Therefore the only other aspect of motherhood that applies to both birth mothers and wives of the prophet alike is marriage, in that we can not marry our birth mothers and likewise the believers can not marry the wives of the prophet because they are like our mothers in this respect.

with regards to the possibility of becoming disbelievers after being Muslim. Allah in Quran (3 : 144 ) warns all of the Muslims of that time (wives and companions included) against turning their backs in disbelief.

You're right in that Quran (66 : 4 ) & Quran (66 : 5 ) carry an if/then clause to warn the conspiring wives that if he divorces them Allah will find him wives "better" than they are. unlike Aisha and Hafsa, the "better" wives would posess the qualities of submission (islam), faithfullness, obedience, devotion ect.. These are qualities Aisha and Hafsa did not have, had they possessed these qualities Allah would not have threatened them with replacing them with "better" wives.

We know that the prophet had many reasons for marrying, sometimes his marriage was to bring two warring tribes together, other times it is to save a widow from eminent death. In the case of Aisha however, his marriage to her was to test and try this Ummah (islamic nation). Ammar bin yasir recognized this when he commented to the people when Aisha went out to Basra to fight imam Ali AS.gif when he said "But Allah has put you to test whether you obey Him (Allah) or her (Aisha)." --> Sahih Bukhari Ammar recognized that Aisha would not have had the ability to influence people and mobilize an entire army had she not been the wife of the prophet. Therefore, Aisha was a source of trial and test for the nation. The prophet pbuh married her fully aware she would go against his religion, command, and lead an army against his successor. Through the resulting strife between the two parties Allah (swt) would try and test this nation to see who will follow the prophet pbuh and be among the believers and who will follow Aisha and be among the unbelievers.

This is what Ammar yasir (RA) was alluding to when he said "Allah has put you to test whether you obey Him (Allah) or her (Aisha)" I.e. obeying Aisha is not obeying God.

There is no evidence in the Quran or hadith to suggest that there is a difference. He was annoyed because he was hurt / injured. If someone you trusted did something terrible behind your back and you were offended as a result, your entire mood will change, you may not be your usual self and cheerful in front of your family, you may want to take some time to yourself.

Historically when the prophet pbuh confronted Aisha about her plot, she remarked "who told you?", this seems like a very rudimentary question coming from a person whom we are supposedly commanded to learn half of our religion from. It is obvious to anyone who believed in Muhammad's pbuh message from the first revelation Quran (96 : 1 )that he receives his revelation from the Angel Gabriel. If Aisha had believed in the prophet and the message she wouldn't ask this question. The question begs, what is it that prompted Aisha to ask him "who told you?" Was she not aware Allah tells him through Gabriel? or did she not believe in his prophethood altogether? or there may be another explanation, if anyone knows please let me know.

Chuck, you said Aisha was young and still learning. But consider the following.
Surah 33 where Aisha was called mother of believers is said to have been revealed in year 5AH.
Surah 66 where Aisha was criticized and threatened is said to have been revealed in year 7-8AH that's 3-4 years before the prophet passed away and 2-3 years after she was called mother of believers.

The first point is that Aisha was learning Islam from the very early years of his ministry. That is because as the Sunnis claim Abu bakr her father was the first man to embrace Islam. Therefore, she would have learned it through her father before moving in with the prophet. In addition to the time spent learning Islam through her father, she spent 5-7 years with the prophet in Medina learning from him, so she is no stranger to Islam and its rules.

Second, the verse about the wives being mothers of believers was revealed around 5AH, Yet 2-3 years later Allah criticized her for plotting against the prophet, this further proves that being a mother of believers does not protect the wives from deviating. That is because despite the fact she was honored with the title of mother, she still plotted against the prophet.

That goes against the idea that Aisha is one of the primary sources of hadith and religion because she went against the clear unambiguous verses of the Quran.

I've mentioned the story of the treasurers of Basra before:

The sunni history book "wifayatul a'yaan" vol.3 page 18 we read the following
Aisha and her army entered Basra
"...They captured Uthman bin hunaif, Ali's representative in basra and prepared to kill him, he beseeched them by Allah, and reminded them of his companionship to the prophet pbuh, someone instructed to whip him instead, they whiped him, plucked out his beard, the hair on his head even his eyebrows and eye lashes. Afterwards they imprisoned him and killed 50 men who managed the muslim treasury"

There is so much more to say on this topic but i'm out of time and have to leave. I'll revisit this topic sometime later today.

Permisability of Critisizing Aisha

One of the most hotly debated and controversial issues between the two sects (shia/sunni) is the status of Aisha. Sunnis often are outraged at the level of abuse and insult thrown at her, as the wife of the prophet and mother of believers she should be respected and venerated. On the flip side the shia claim Aisha was a wrong doer and aught to be cursed. All emotions and sentiments aside, Islam requires a person to have evidence and proof for their beliefs otherwise that person is liable to answer to God in the next life. The burden of proof is on the shia to demonstrate that cursing Aisha is Islamicly legal. The following essay will investigate the validity of this claim.

Our view is that marital relationships with a prophet, messenger, or imam does not necessitate the requital or protection or screening of the wives from reproach and criticism, rather the wives of the prophets, messengers, and imams should submit to research and inquisition through which we recognize whether or not they deserve our loyalty and respect. Allah (swt) pointed to this in the Quran when he says:
 • Quran 66:10
"Allah sets forth an example to those who disbelieve the wife of Nuh and the wife of Lut: they were both under two of Our righteous servants, but they acted treacherously towards them so they availed them naught against Allah, and it was said: Enter both the fire with those who enter."

It has been established for us in the Qur'an that the wives of Noah AS.gif and Lot AS.gif were treacherous, insolent, and deviant. Likewise it has been established by the very wording and context of the Quran that Aisha and Hafsa were treacherous, insolent, and deviant. Allah (swt) reveals the following verse about them:
 • Quran 66:4-5
"If ye twain turn unto Allah repentant, (ye have cause to do so) for your hearts desired (the ban); and if ye aid one another against him (Muhammad) then lo! Allah, even He, is his Protecting Friend, and Gabriel and the righteous among the believers; and furthermore the angels are his helpers."

"
Maybe, his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your place wives better than you, submissive (muslims), faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows and virgins."

All Muslims, Sunni and shia are in agreement that the two wives addressed by the verse above are Aisha and Hafsa, daughters of Abu bakr and Umar, when they both conspired and plotted against the prophet pbuh in the well known story of the honey drink, and for this reason Allah (swt) made well-known their plans and exposed them both in the Qur'an by disclosing the injury they have caused his beloved prophet pbuh and called them to repent because their hearts had inclined away from Islam. Finally warning them with the possibility of the prophet divorcing them and replacing them with other wives who are better than Aisha and Hafsa "will give him in your place wives better than you, submissive (muslims), faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows and virgins." That is to say that Aisha and Hafsa were not submissive, or faithful, or obedient, or penitent or adorers. Had they posessed these qualities Allah (swt) would not have said "better than you".

In addition to the above, Allah (swt) did not reveal in the Quran that Aisha and Hafsa have believed and repented after their failed plot against the prophet pbuh therefore through the wording of the Quran, their disbelief, treachery, and deviancy still remains.

The hadiths report that Aisha defied the prophet in his lifetime on dozens of occasions and events causing the prophet pbuh to be annoyed with her and to describe her and hafsa in the likeness of "the women of joseph AS.gif " and described Aisha as the fountain head of disbelief and the very horn of the devil. Allah (swt) tells us those who annoy the messenger are cursed:

 • Quran 33:57
"Those who annoy Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this World and in the Hereafter, and has prepared for them a humiliating Punishment."
History also testifies that after the prophet's pbuh death Aisha completely disregarded the injunctions of the Quran Where Allah (swt) commands all Muslims to obey the people in authority among the muslims.

 • Quran 4:59
"O you who believe! Obey Allah and his Apostle and those in authority among you"

She gathered an army in defiance of the Khalifa of her time and the rightful leader of the Muslims Imam Ali AS.gif , killing hundreds of innocents among them the unarmed treasurers of Basra, and causing thousands more to be killed in the battle of Jamal.

Below is a hadith narrated in Biharul Anwar that the prophet pbuh authorized Ali AS.gif on his behalf after his death to divorce the disobedient wives from the prophet pbuh, thereby removing the honor of being the mother of believers from her.

 • Biharul Anwar Vol.28 Page 107
The messenger pbuh said to Ali AS.gif "Be kind towards them (my wives) in the best form of kindness, but whomever disobeys you from among them then divorce her from me on my behalf in a manner that Allah and his messenger are discharged from her", all the wives of the messenger remained silent and did not say a word, Aisha then spoke and said "Oh messenger of Allah, it is not our place to disobey you after you had commanded us" He pbuh said to her "Indeed oh Humairah, you have disobeyed me severely and I swear by Allah that you will disobey me in this very matter and disobey Ali after me, you will leave your home which I left you behind in and display yourself, hordes of people will surround you. You will move against him (Ali) wronging him and being disobedient to your lord. The dogs of Haw'ab will warn you when you proceed on your path, and for certain all of this will happen"

The dark history of Aisha in Basra

The army of Aisha approached Basra and surrounded the city, Uthman ibn Huhaif was Ali's AS.gif representative in Basra. When Aisha's army entered the city they ordered Uthman ibn Huhaif to revoke his allegiance to Ali and join their ranks. Uthman refused, so after a lot of going back and forth, they agreed to keep things as they are. Uthman ibn Hunaif to remain the ruler in Basra, and Aisha's army to remain as well until Ali ibn Abu talib AS.gif arrives and judges between them.

AlKamil fil Tarikh by Ibn Athir vol.2 Page 309
as quoted from al-eman islamic library -->
http://www.al-eman.com/islamlib/viewchp.as...4&CID=41#s1

"...When Uthman was captured, they sent him to Aisha seeking her council in his fate, Aisha remarked kill him!.
A woman said to Aisha, I beseech you by Allah in Uthman and his companionship to the messenger of Allah Sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam (May the blessings of Allah be upon him) .
